TYPES OF INDIVIDUALISM AND LEVELS OF SECULARIZATION . Authors: IONUŢ MIHAI POPESCU. |

Abstract: Types of Individualism and Levels of Secularization. The secularization phenomenon allows many definitions, but all have in common the fact that they make reference to the transfer from the traditional (religious) society to the modern (laical) society. If we define the types of society by taking into account the way the individual approaches the law that confers him humanity, then we get three types of individualism determined by the type of the law taken into account (a super-human one, a human one or no law at all). To each of these three types there is a corresponding level of secularization. | |||||||
